The service department was awesome. I went there to attempt to locate a wheel lock removal tool. The service manager came out and took a look. He asked for my keys, took the truck in back. Ten minutes later I got my truck. The service writer came out to get me. I asked for my bill, they said have a nice day. I am a retired navy veteran who appreciates good service. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t have to wait long for the service. While there, I was notified there was a service recall to install computer chips for the heated seats which were not available when I purchased the vehicle. This service was done fairly quickly. Overall a good experience with friendly and helpful service department staff.
Today I had a oil change scheduled and Brad, in the service department,helped me with check in and everything. He was super informative and gave me some helpful tips to keep my equinox running in top shape ! My husband and I bought my equinox from volume in November of 2021 and I will never buy a car anywhere else ! Thank you all for y’all you do ! They also got me in same day for my oil change !

Volume Chevrolet is one of the absolute best dealers in Georgia. Had a good selection of trucks and i was able to find one right away for work and personal driving. Bryan my salesman was amazing. He knew his stuff and made the process quick and painless. Hope he will still be there when i come to get another one in the future.
Quick check-in but it was pretty busy for a Saturday afternoon so the wait was two hours long but they have entertainment and comfortable chairs with tops for putting your personal entertainment on. I never saw technicians loitering around as if none of us had anything else better to do and one personally attended to my purchase and he seemed pretty grateful for my business and very nice. I'd definitely recommend this business.

This post has been updated: Volume is the absolute worst dealership. First of all I just got my car from them in March, and it started having problems within a few months. We were lied to about a warranty so we have to pay out of pocket for all the issues. It’s now December and they said the repairs would cost over $2000. Considering I haven’t had the car long enough to warrant these issues really makes me think they were aware of the issues when they sold it to me. They also said they “check” the vehicle before ...
