We were traveling out of state, heading to MI from Fl. Our Tahoe broke down and we took it to Volume Chevrolet. Zack T, the service advisor was very professional and helpful. It was the end of the day but the next morning we took the car in for repairs at 7:30 and by 9:30 we were on our way. Great job!!

Unlike some of the Chevrolet dealerships I’ve been to, Volume Chevrolet has exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was recently in their service department for a major repair (to no fault of their own) and the guys at Volume were great. We had a wonderful ‘trip saving’ experience handled by Stephanie and the service team at Volume Chevrolet. While traveling between Central Florida and St Louis, our cooling system rapidly overheated on the highway and we were now stranded. Oil change and fix a tire leak. Overall a good job done in about an hour. The only ommission was not putting in the same amount of air into the repaired tire as the tire on the other side. Or for excellent service check all four tires.
They were very professional, courteous, and the work was performed in a timely manner.

I brought my trailblazer in for to not understanding why radio would not tune in to any radio station. I bought it used the previous weekend and myself and Enterprise missed the fact the antenna was broken off before taking possession of the vehicle. Luckily it is still under warranty and DJ was extremely helpful in making sure everything was documented so the antenna can be replaced.

Went in for a oil change was expecting to sit for about and hour lol pulled up a movie on my phone then boom oil change was complete no charge in was out. Love volume Chevrolet everyone there is so NICE.
