Went in an emergency situation right at closing time .. pulled into the service department with a completely flat tire . Instead of turning me away they pulled me right in and attempted to repair . When they realized it couldn’t be repaired they offered to put my spare on for me to get home safely . After all of this they refused to accept payment from me for anything ! So very thankful !
Service tech immediately helped me with prearranged appointment. Advised me when oil change would be done. Met with financial advisor and left to go back to service department when truck was projected to be ready. Truck and paperwork was done and I was ready to go. Thanks so much.

I took my new Tahoe in to Volume yesterday for its first service, and the entire process was seamless. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. I spent a short time in their comfortable lobby catching up on work from my laptop, and before I knew it, my vehicle was ready. The appointment was quick, efficient, and I was back on the road in no time. Outstanding service and a great experience all around!

The service department at Volume Chevy is better than any other Ive been to. They are friendly. They reach out with a diagnosis quickly and they don't kill you on the prices. I have used them for large repairs and small simple repairs and I receive the same A+ service every time!

On 7/16/2026, I experienced the best customer service from the time I walked in until the time I exited. Mr. J, was the first one I encountered. He was very welcoming, kind, approachable, patient, communicated well and checked-in with me before adding any additional repairs. As a customer, it was greatly appreciated. The wait didn’t seem as long. I must add other staff members along with the store manager, were very kind and professional during my wait time. A very nice atmosphere.

I went to have my oil changed. I had an appointment for 2:30. I arrived early and was checked in early. I waited 2 hours with hardly anyone else waiting. When they were finished the didn't give me back my tirelock set and also didn't reset my oil which I had to do. The Staff is friendly and they have good free coffee.

Absolutely the best people! Torrey is so amazing and I am 100% happy with my purchase. They have some really great deals that are too good to pass up. I loved my truck I traded in and had just purchased it in 2024 but the benefits and the great deal for a new 2026 truck was too perfect. From bumper to bumper, tires, windshields, etc it is all covered!
