Always great service on oil changes. VERY SORRY TO HEAR THE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE HAS BE DISCONTINUED! THIS WAS A MAJOR INCENTIVE TO PURCHASE FROM VOLUME. My truck is still covered but less likely to trade or buy again without the oil change program.
This is always a seamless process. I make the appointment online then show up. They take care of the rest. I just go with whatever I walk into. Someones wait times aren’t super long and other times they are swamped. Such is life. One thing that I can’t resolve is whether my wiper fluid is being replaced. I specifically ask each time and each time it’s not. This could be a cat issue too. Other than that, it’s the best decision I’ve made doing business with this location.
No nonsense approach. No pressure. Sales team walked me through various options available and helped me find the best solution for trade in and financing. Completely satisfied!

I had my scheduled free oil/ filter change for my 2021 Nissan Murano (oil changes came free with the purchase of my vehicle in May 2025). I had to drop my vehicle off the night before my appointment, due to my work schedule. Clayton Andrews sold us a truck on a trade in last year and we had an issue where we had to drive back and forth to get things off our old truck due to complications and Kevin Baxter saw these complications and without hesitation offered us a tank of gas for our time and made use feel like our time was valuable and not something to be looked at as meaningless which we really appreciated...
