I have a 2019 Cadillac CTS. And dealing with my usual Cadillac Dealership has gotten to be a pain, as of late. Instead, Volume Chevrolet has solved my problems with ease; the last two times I needed servicing. And the fact that I live in town makes it even better!

First off, I would like the say that the sales department and working with them was a great experience. Clayton was by far the most genuine and made the buying experience great for us. I walked out that day with me buying my car and my husband buying a truck. After having the truck for only three days, that’s when our experience of Volume Chevrolet changed, and it went from being the absolute best experience and recommending them to everyone to the experience from xxxx and telling everyone run as far away from them as possible, and to never buy a vehicle from them. After taking the truck back-and-forth several times and only having the truck back for three day stents, we were told rodents chewed the fuel line, but it was our fault it happened and our responsibility to pay for it. This truck was never home for it to happen on our property and if it had my car along with the loaner car would be having the same issues. I’ve come to the conclusion that the general manager and the service department couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction, and care more about taking money from customers to pack their pockets a little more. All of them know the truth that the problem was created on their property and are in the wrong for taking even a penny from us. During the two and half to three weeks they had the truck, we received ZERO communication from them with updates on the truck if we got an update it is because we called and stayed on hold for a minutes before them answering or we had to call the sales department for them to get update. They should have the decency to call and give updates on vehicles that are in their position being worked on. I came to the conclusion that they knew they were in the wrong and the less they talk to us the better so they didn’t have to lie as much. That 20 year/ 200,000 mile warranty and lifetime oil change may sound great on the radio but don’t think for a second they fully honor that. Customer satisfaction goes completely out the window with this company after they get you to buy the vehicle. I recommend if you ever get trapped into purchasing a vehicle from them is to learn from my mistake and request a full vehicle inspection before signing that dotted line. To better serve their customers, I recommend the tire service department take a class and how to treat customers and how to communicate with them properly. If anybody from the dealership would like to contact me for more information, I’ll be glad to talk to them and to give names of everybody that we’ve had to deal with and who made this whole process worse for us.

Last week the service department at Volume Chevrolet found the issue with one of my tires. A nail was positioned in the shoulder of the tire and it could not be repaired. Here's the important message - I felt welcomed and honestly I was so impressed with the staff that when I learned my tire issue was not covered by the dealership where I purchased it, I decided to go back to Volume! They ordered me a matching tire and I went back the next day for them to replace it. Understand, I do not live in Forsyth but they were so nice that i asked Dustin to schedule my oil change and also to rotate the other tires, too. I found the Volume Chevrolet service department to be thorough with their work and friendly! They were extremely busy both days I was there and still managed to stay professional, I will most definitely go back!

Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Nothing special. The service department here is world class. How they speak to people is top notch. Just sit back and observe, while waiting. You'll see what I mean.

I had all of my vehicle maintenance completed at Volume Chevrolet in Forsyth. If | could give a 0, l would. Let me just say that the service advisor Brittany was AWESOME. She was understanding and I believe she tried her very best to help me in any way possible. However, the management there could use a great improvement. After getting 500.00 in work done on my car about 3 weeks ago, and being stranded on the side of the road twice, my check engine light came on again about three days ago. I took my car BACK to volume to have it diagnosed and repaired. The repair cost was about 600.00 bucks. However, I had a credit applied to my account and was given an additional 50 in credit because of the constant issues I was having, so I paid about 497 to have it fixed. Well, on Wednesday, my check engine light was on AGAIN. Once again, I returned to the dealership. I was told by the mechanic Rob who worked on my car the last time that he misdiagnosed my original issue and now there's something else that needs to be fixed on the car: my evap system needs to be replaced. WELL, that was all fine but it's not my issue that he misdiagnosed my car the first time. I was told that I needed to pay 625 to get my car fixed. AFTER, they already charged me 497 to get it fixed the first time. The interim service manager could ve cared less. It wasn't her issue and you could tell by the look on her face that she didn't care. Brittany was the only one who showed any empathy. The car sales people all thought it was funny and a laughing matter... and instead of offering any type of empathy, it was "are you ready to trade?". I wouldn't buy a piece of gum from Volume. And I'm going to make sure I spread the word in the community that this is no longer the place to go. Almost four years of trusting you guys with my vehicle, I believe you hurt more than you helped. Brittany Ridulfo is an absolute professional. She is also very personable. She arranged my 60k service for my Traverse and insured it was done in a timely and cost effective manner.

I bought my Kia soul there in 2022 and the free oil change for life is a real blessing. The parts and service team are always so friendly and helpful. I.may have to wait sometimes but they have a comfortable waiting area so it's not so bad when you do wait. The young lady that checked me in today was above and beyond friendly and treated me well.

Mr. Vernon was a great salesman. He took his time and explained everything to us in detail. He was very nice to us and my great nephew. Ask for him when you go.

Clayton was super easy to work with and very helpful! We will be returning customers!

Made an appointment online last week for 11am the following Tuesday. Arrived approx 15 minutes early. Asked if it was OK to come that early. The attendant said yes, pull it on in. I used the waiting time to look at new cars. Talked with a very nice salesperson, named Reginald. I came back to waiting area approx 11:20. My car already had been moved. Noticed that the people that were previously waiting were gone. As we waited, we noticed other people coming in for service. At noon, I got up to walk around a bit. I looked outside and noticed my car parked facing towards the mechanic area in a parking space. It looked a little odd. I asked the attendant, that out of curiosity, why is my car parked like that? What is going on? The attendant replied bluntly that they have been busy and they haven't got to it yet. Plus there were people ahead of me and I had came early. I ask myself, What? I made an appointment at 11am and an hour later the car hasn't been seen? The car only needed was a basic oil change. All the time that I was patiently waiting, noone had come to me to apologized for the delay or gave me any explanation. I had to ask because I saw my car parked oddly. A little communication can help settle the mind! I walked away stating verbally, "so it will be a 3 hour waiting time as usual." That is a true statement! We have come in the past for basic service, with an appointment, and it would take almost 3 hours. I would think that if customers made online appointments that the service department would know how to staff accordingly. I sat down and watched my car. About 10 minutes later I saw a mechanic get in my car and drove it in the garage area. At 12:40, the attendant told me my car was ready. At no time did he apologize for the waiting time. At no time did he thank me for coming in. He was not a "warm and fuzzy" person. I paid for the service, got in car, had to re-adjust the seat, which was OK. Then I noticed, the person that took down the old service sticker from my car and replaced it with a new service date sticker, left the wadded up trash in my car. Yes! I'm getting picky now! But come on, throw away the trash!

Vernon is amazing and we got what we needed. Everyone was friendly and professional . Highly recommend.

My time spent with Clayton Andrews at Volume Chevrolet was great. Mr. Andrews is an excellent member of the Volume Chevrolet team, and my experience at this dealership was outstanding. While I ultimately didn't purchase from them, I can definitely say the sales folks created a good experience.

On our way from Michigan to Florida, our car broke down,,,on a Friday night. We called several dealers and Volume was the only one with the service department open on Saturday. We had the car towed to Volume and went back early Saturday am to determine next steps. They did the diagnostic but wouldn’t have the part for 3-5 days. And true to their word, the part came in 3-days later and thanks to Todd the car was fixed the same day. Mark, Todd, Casey and the entire team at this dealership are absolutely amazing. I wish I lived closer, I’d buy every car for the rest of my life from this dealership. Thank you all so much!

Considering Volume Chevrolet did not sale me my 2025 Equinox they work diligently to get to the issues with my car. I would recommend them.

I really like my new Chevy Trailblazer. It has plenty of power and many safety features. It’s easy to drive and park. My Trailblazer came with a Bose sound system and it sounds great. My salesman Kasin was very helpful and got me the deal that I needed. I will be sure to use Kasin on my next visit with Volume Chevrolet.
