My husband and I bought our first car today. Well real big purchase. Kasen was amazing. He got us in the right price rate and didn’t push us into something pushing our budget. He and the team got our payments right where we needed them. Not only that but Kasen’s personality was amazing. So spending 3-4 hours there was not hard at all. On our way from Michigan to Florida, our car broke down,,,on a Friday night. We called several dealers and Volume was the only one with the service department open on Saturday. We had the car towed to Volume and went back early Saturday am to determine next steps. They did the diagnostic but wouldn’t have the part for 3-5 days. I really like my new Chevy Trailblazer. It has plenty of power and many safety features. It’s easy to drive and park. My Trailblazer came with a Bose sound system and it sounds great. My salesman Kasin was very helpful and got me the deal that I needed. I will be sure to use Kasin on my next visit with Volume Chevrolet.
Fast quality service.
The transmission service was great. The recall work was replaced without my knowledge but much appreciated. The inside overhead of ny truck was left dirty. Thank God for a cleaning brush and chemicals. They recommended that my drive belt and tensioner be replaced. I've done that but when I went to remove the air supply port for the truck I found the clamps loose and one connector was not in place. All in all the service was fine. I just recommend that the technician be sure to check behind himself to make sure everything is tight. Makes me wonder ...

We visited Volume because we had a flat on 75 & they were only 7 miles from us. It ended up that our tire could not be repaired & we needed a new one. They needed to order it & couldn’t come on till the next day. Laura greeted us as soon as we pulled up & was extremely friendly & helpful! I am not a fan of working with dealership shops but I went here after a local recommendation from a friend and I couldn't get another shop to diagnose correctly. Volume Chevrolet was very quick with a diagnosis that matched my own knowledge of the problem and now that the truck is back, the problem is gone. the day after I picked it up, I made a 400 mile round trip and everything is great. I would do it again and felt comfortable with the price as well.
